How to add the Thomas Cook Cash Passport to an Apple iPhone
Here's how to set up your Thomas Cook Cash Passport on your Apple Device
- Select the Wallet app on your iPhone or Ipad
- Tap the + sign in the top right corner
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add your card
When you are travelling you can make your Thomas Cook Cash Passport the default card by simply opening the Wallet app, touch and hold the card you want to make your default card and drag it to the front of the cards list.
How to add the Thomas Cook Cash Passport to an Apple Watch
You’ll first need to have your Apple Watch paired to your iPhone.
If you’ve already set up your Thomas Cook Cash Passport on your iPhone then:
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap the My Watch tab
- Scroll down and tap Wallet & Apple Pay
- Tap Add next to the card that you want to add
- Follow the on-screen instructions

CAN I ACTIVATE APPLE PAY ON MY THOMAS COOK CASH PASSPORT?
If you have a Thomas Cook Multi-currency Cash Passport and a compatible Apple device you can activate a digital card and pay for goods and services using Apple Pay. Single Currency cards are not eligible for Apple Pay.
HOW DO I USE APPLE PAY?
Before you can use Apple Pay, you will first need to add your Card information to Apple Pay by following the prompts on the Apple Pay app. This will enable a digital card to be created on your device.
Apple Pay is provided by Apple and you should familiarise yourself with Apple Pay terms and conditions for the use of the service. Apple Pay is a way for you to pay for goods or services at contactless point of sale terminals in stores and within apps.
Look for the Apple Pay logo or contactless symbol in stores or within apps to check whether Apple Pay is an accepted payment method. To pay for good or services, you will need to place your Apple device near the point of sale terminal or use the digital card for in-app purchases or online, and you will need to authorise it by using biometric ID or passcode. We can’t cancel or stop a transaction once you have authorised it. Any payment you make using your virtual card via Apple Pay will be deducted from the balance on your card in the same way as it would if you made a normal card payment.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING?
There are no additional fees or charges when using Apple Pay with your digital card. However, your network operator may charge you for accessing Apple Pay via your device. Charges may vary between operators and whether you're abroad.
WHAT DO I DO IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ACTIVATION CODE?
It can take up to five minutes to deliver the activation code using SMS or Email. If the activation code still hasn’t been received then please call our Card Services on 0800 056 0572 from the UK for assistance in activating the token.
WHERE CAN I USE APPLE PAY?
You can use your Thomas Cook Multi-currency Cash Passport digital card at any participating merchant globally that displays the contactless symbol or Apple Pay logo . You can also use your Thomas Cook Multi-currency Cash Passport with Apple Pay to pay for goods and services online and in app where merchants support Apple Pay.
